The Bpost locations page on ParcelPath gives you the carrier’s official locator link, the location-type breakdown (full-service, retail partner, locker, drop box), the search methods that work for the network, and the hours pattern so you can plan a drop-off without driving to a closed point. ParcelPath does not republish the Bpost locator data here on the carrier hub because Bpost’s own locator is the authoritative source and updates as points open, close, or change hours.
Where to search for Bpost locations
Use Bpost’s own locator at https://www.bpost.be/ for the live, address-level search. Enter a ZIP code, postcode, or street address and the locator returns the closest points sorted by proximity with hours and accepted services. The Bpost locator is the only authoritative source for whether a specific point accepts a specific service tier on a specific day — point-level details change frequently and ParcelPath does not mirror that data here.
Bpost locations by type
Bpost locations come in several distinct types, and the right one for a given parcel depends on whether you need full-service counter help, a quick drop-off, or a 24/7 access point:
- Post Office (Bureau de Poste)
- Parcel Point (Postpunt — pickup at retail)
- Cubee parcel locker
- Postpunt in retail (libraries, news vendors, supermarkets)
Bpost locations network coverage
over 1,300 Bpost Parcel Points and Cubee lockers plus over 600 full-service Post Offices across Belgium — the densest pickup-point network in the Benelux region. The locator’s address-level search is the only reliable way to confirm what’s near a specific origin or destination — the coverage above is the network-level shape, not a guarantee that any given ZIP has every location type within walking distance.
How to search effectively
The locator accepts postcode (code postal) or city on bpost.be; the locator filters Parcel Points, Cubee lockers, and Post Offices separately with hours and accessibility filters. For an outbound parcel, search by your origin ZIP or address; for an inbound parcel that you want to redirect to a pickup point, search by the destination ZIP. If the closest point doesn’t accept the service tier you booked through ParcelPath (Express drop-off vs Ground drop-off, for example), the locator’s service-type filter will surface the next-closest qualifying point.
Bpost hours pattern
Hours Post Offices typically 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday with shorter Saturday hours; Parcel Points run on host retailer hours (often 7am to 10pm in supermarket partners); Cubee lockers are 24/7 access; Bpost respects Belgian public holidays (most Post Offices and many Parcel Points close on January 1, May 1, July 21, November 1, November 11, December 25). Always check the locator for the exact hours of the specific point you plan to visit — partner-retailer hours change with the retailer’s own schedule and the locator data reflects those changes more reliably than carrier-published averages.
Bpost-specific lingo to know
**Parcel Point** (or **Postpunt**) is the pickup point at a retail partner — limited counter service but useful for parcel collection. **Cubee** is the 24/7 locker. **Bpost Office** is the full-service location with international parcel handling, registered mail, PO Box services.
