How to refund UPS® labels on ParcelPath?

It is simple to refund a UPS shipping label on ParcelPath.

Please follow these steps and reach out to support@parcelpath.com if you have any questions.

All UPS refunds are put on hold for 15 days and then the balance will be refunded to your ParcelPath account.

Click on Shipments on the right- side of the screen:

Find the shipment you would like to refund and scroll to the right. Under “Actions” click on the eye icon:

Once you have clicked on the eye icon you will want to scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on “Refund Label”:
